Thistle Catering Services operate a policy of "due diligence" where hygiene is concerned. This requires staff to be aware of hazard points during the stages of food receipt, preparation, storage and delivery.
We adhere to the HACPP and operate within the Cook Safe policies and procedures. Our staff hold the basic Food and Hygiene Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
