At the heart of it all, owner and founder Lorraine Smith, a self confessed organiser…who cares.

She may be the Manager but Lorraine can often be found at events front of house helping and supporting both staff and clients.

Working as a volunteer in third world countries helping those less advantaged, is how  Lorraine spends some of her spare time.

Married to Graham, they make a great team at the heart of Thistle…

Office angel,  Allie is on hand to help with all our customers  first contact with Thistle.

Having a food industry as well as administration background, Allie is well placed to ensure customers queries are dealt with in a hassle free manner.

An avid vegetarian, Allie reminds us all of the importance of having a healthy menu with excellent vegetarian options.
